Before there was Moniva Inspired Creations, there was a woman who simply loved to serve.
For nine years, Monica Alarcon worked faithfully for a robe company, helping customers find garments that reflected their calling. When the business was sold, she left — believing her chapter in clergy apparel had ended. But God had other plans.
Soon, the phone began to ring. Pastors, choirs, and ministry leaders called her directly, asking her to make their robes. One customer, Ms. Matthews, refused to take no for an answer — even when Monica had no sewing machine, no materials, and no workspace.
With borrowed tools, a small deposit, and a heart full of faith, Monica created her first set of robes. That act of obedience became the seed of Moniva Inspired Creations in 2010.

What began with borrowed machines became a ministry of its own — a brand built on trust, integrity, and the belief that every servant of God deserves garments that honor their anointing. Through every challenge, every imperfect stitch, Monica was carried by the faith of her customers — people who believed in her even when she doubted herself.“I had people who trusted me more than I trusted myself,” Monica recalls. “They saw something I didn’t see. They told me, ‘You can do this.’ And I just kept going.”
